Dane Keil

Christopher Keil has been working as a therapist since 2016, helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges with compassion, honesty, and empathy. After moving to the area 17 years ago, Christopher found something he had never truly experienced before: a place to call home. Today, he proudly considers Carbon County home and deeply values the people of both Carbon and Emery Counties. This community and its people have become an important part of his life and purpose.

Since joining Carbon Medical Service in 2019, Christopher has been grateful to work alongside dedicated therapists and peer support specialists who also call Carbon Medical Service their professional home. Together, the behavioral health team has had the privilege of serving individuals with unique hopes, goals, and dreams. The team provides a wide range of mental health services and is committed to compassionate care that supports healing, growth, and resilience throughout the community.

Christopher is passionate about counseling and encourages people to seek support, whether “the forest is on fire” or they have simply lost their sense of direction and purpose. He believes it is important for people to work with therapists who bring both professional training and an understanding of life’s challenges. His own experience living with PTSD and OCD has deepened his empathy and strengthened his ability to connect with people who are struggling.

He is certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and has helped many individuals work through different forms of trauma and emotional pain. Christopher believes healing is possible and values creating a safe, supportive environment where people feel seen, heard, and understood.

Outside of work, Christopher is the proud father of six amazing children and husband to his beautiful wife, whose hair is sometimes green and sometimes red. He loves his family, his team, and his community, and he is always looking for someone willing to go skydiving.

Devin Edwards

Devin Edwards has been working as a therapist since 2013 and has spent much of his career working with children and teenagers. He enjoys the energy they bring to therapy and finds it rewarding to see their growth, confidence, and progress over time. Devin also enjoys working with adults and couples, helping people of all ages work through challenges such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, behavioral and conduct concerns, trauma, and relationship difficulties.

Devin has training in TF-CBT, EMDR, CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing. His approach to therapy is relaxed, supportive, and focused on building relationships. He believes that trust between the client and therapist is one of the most important tools for meaningful change. Devin works to meet clients where they are, allowing them to move at a pace that feels comfortable while helping them make progress toward their goals.

Devin strives to create a low-pressure environment where clients feel heard, supported, and in control of their treatment. His goal is to make therapy feel less intimidating and provide a safe place to learn, grow, and work through life’s challenges.

Daniel Gibson

I was born and raised in Price, Utah, and have spent the past 12 years working in the mental health community. I earned my master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology in 2019. Throughout my career, I have developed a deep commitment to supporting individuals through their mental health journeys, specializing in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, pain disorders, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and trichotillomania.

My therapeutic approach is holistic, integrating mind, body, and spirit to promote healing and well-being. I help individuals reconnect with themselves and develop self-awareness and self-compassion. I draw from several therapeutic approaches, including acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and existential therapy. I am also certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and Pain Reprocessing Therapy, which allow me to tailor treatment to the unique needs of each client.

I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults, providing compassionate, client-centered care to support emotional growth and healing. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout their healing process.

LCSW

Cazzie Hunt

Cazzie loves working in her community and getting to know the people who make it what it is. As a therapist, she strives to meet people where they are and strongly believes in the resilience and strength individuals carry, even during difficult times. Through her work, she hopes to support people in the ways they need most by working alongside them to better understand their goals, challenges, and sources of support.

LASUDC CSW

Ami Curtis

I’m Ami, a Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Advanced Substance Use Counselor with certifications as an Autism Clinical Specialist and in Disaster Resiliency Leadership. My background spans behavioral health, community systems, and direct clinical care. I believe people are shaped by their histories, communities, and circumstances, and that healing happens best in a space where you feel seen, understood, and accepted.

I work with adults navigating trauma and PTSD, substance misuse and recovery, psychosis, and the unique challenges that can come with neurodiversity. I am also deeply committed to supporting people through faith transitions, caregiving burnout, and the grief and identity shifts that can accompany those experiences.

My approach is collaborative and grounded. I’ll meet you where you are, whether you’re facing a crisis or simply trying to make sense of your life. My experience in disaster relief has also given me an understanding of the weight of collective trauma and the losses that affect entire communities.

ACMHC

Rebekah Moore

Life can feel overwhelming during seasons of change, uncertainty, or emotional pain. I enjoy working with individuals navigating life transitions, whether that means stepping into a new role, processing painful experiences, reevaluating beliefs and values, or simply trying to better understand themselves. My goal is to help clients build insight, resilience, and practical tools that support meaningful, lasting growth.

For nearly ten years, I have worked in a variety of mental health settings, including inpatient, outpatient, school, correctional, and community programs. I have experience supporting adults and adolescents facing challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, severe mental illness, developmental difficulties, grief and loss, and family stressors.

My training in crisis intervention and EMDR helps me meet clients where they are and provide thoughtful, individualized support. I draw from evidence-based approaches to help clients strengthen coping skills, process difficult emotions, and move toward healing. I believe growth is a lifelong process, and I strive to create a compassionate, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe, supported, and empowered to build a life that feels authentic and fulfilling.
