Back to School Event
Summer is almost over which means its time for Health Center Week! Come celebrate with us Aug 7-11th. We will be offering free sports physicals all week. To show how much we love being a part of the community we will also be celebrating with: free backpacks full of school supplies, free hair cuts for school aged children and providing snow cones to help beat the heat while you wait. Join us Tuesday Aug. 8th at the Sunnyside Clinic from 9-5pm for backpacks and haircuts! 11-5pm for the Snowcones. Then we will taking the party to Helper, Thursday Aug. 11th. Backpacks and Haircuts 9-5pm and snow cones 10-5pm. We were overwhelmed by all the love and community support last year and can't wait to see you all again!
Friendsgiving
The second annual potluck celebrating gratitude and recovery. Join USARA and Carbon Medical Service in making sure that no one has to spend the day before Thanksgiving alone. Please bring your favorite dish if you are able to.
Living Well with Chronic Conditions
A free workshop for residents of Carbon and Emery County to help them better manage their chronic healthcare conditions. The workshops are about 2 1/2 hours, once a week for 6 weeks. Anyone with an ongoing condition can come and they are offered for FREE! Chronic conditions include asthma, arthritis, chronic joint pain, fibromyalgia, cancer, diabetes, kidney disease, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, heart failure, COPD or emphysema, depression, or others.

Living Well With Chronic Pain
This is an in-person group interactive learning opportunity for people with chronic pain and those that care for people with chronic pain. Participants learn self-management techniques for managing the day in and day out symptoms they experience with chronic pain.
